The score carries forward daily — yesterday's score is today's starting point.
No. The Gut Score is a personal wellness indicator, not a clinical measurement or medical diagnosis. It's designed to help you identify patterns between your food choices and how you feel — not to diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
PCOS mode applies personalised scoring weights to glycemic load and inflammatory foods — the two nutritional factors most impactful for PCOS. Your condition mode is set during onboarding and tailors your Gut Score to your specific needs.
Yes. Gutski tracks FODMAP levels in every meal and flags high-FODMAP foods that commonly trigger IBS symptoms. A dedicated IBS mode with enhanced FODMAP scoring is coming in a future update.
